Where We Stand Out From The Crowd
Professionalisation Business Mediation is intended as a pre-‘legal action’ opportunity for parties to resolve issues in a formalised, professional, and commercially grounded setting:
Technical & Commercial Acumen
Quickly understand technical and complex processes and details, to allow for a more informed and reliable mediation.
Plain, Transparent Language
Are business professionals with real-world experience, who understand the needs of businesses and consumers. We don’t see mediation as a zero-sum game and we use ‘normal’ transparent language that everyone can understand.
Highest Professional Standards
Operate at the highest level of professionalism and are experienced in providing impartial and evidence-based assessments to SMEs, multinationals and government bodies.
Empathy & Shared Solutions
Understand exactly what is at stake for everyone and see the situation from the eyes of each party involved, sharing constructive ideas and encouraging fair, pragmatic solutions.
The Mediation Process
A structured, confidential 3-step pathway from initial assessment to formal agreement:
Initial Contact & Consultation
Speak to a qualified Mediator, who will answer your questions, evaluate the complexity, and advise on the best course of action.
Purchase Mediation Pack(s)
Purchase the required fixed-rate Mediation Pack(s) to fund proceedings with zero hidden legal bill surprises.
Mediation & Written Agreement
Your Mediator gets to work resolving the issues as swiftly and effectively as possible, drafting an independent written assessment and formal agreement.
Mediation Service Formats
Clear, upfront fixed costs to resolve business and contractual disputes:
Commercial Mediation
For disputes between two companies, suppliers, or partners
Civil Mediation
For civil disputes initiated by a single claimant or party
Achieving Resolution Through Mediation
At the end of the mediation service, you will receive a draft Terms of Agreement, detailing who will take what action, by when, and how completion of actions will be measured or evidenced. Once this is agreed, a Final Agreement is shared with the relevant parties involved.
In the rare event mediation cannot resolve the conflict, we provide a draft assessment of progress made, allowing each party to comment on our assessment before providing a final version. This means you will always have something positive and tangible to take away from the process.
